  • How can I contact The Roadster Factory?

  • Will my user name and log-in from the old website work on trfbasic.com?

    Your old username will not work on the new website, trfbasic.com. In order to place an order, you will need to create a new account.

  • When will my parts ship?

    Parts that are in stock almost always ship within 1 business day. Carpet sets may take a few extra days. Click here to see all of our shipping policies

  • Does TRF ship outside the continental USA?

    Although our website is not currently set up to take international orders, TRF can ship to these locations. Please click here for more information

  • What is TRF's's return policy?

    Unused parts in brand new condition may be returned up to 90 days from the date of invoice. Click here

  • What if my order is damaged in shipping?

    Please get in touch with us right away and we will replace any damaged parts and do a claim with the shipping company. Click here for our contact info

  • What if a part I buy from TRF fails or is defective?

    Parts bought from TRF carry a one year warranty. Please click here for more information.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you place an order and decide you don't need it, please contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders usually ship within one business day.
