Policies in a Nutshell: Returns, Cancellations and Warranties
Return of Unused Parts:
Unused parts may be returned for a refund up to 90 days after the invoice date if the parts are in brand new condition and have not been installed. Our shipping address may be found on our contact page. Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the nature of the return. We will refund the price of the returned part within one week of receiving the return . Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are not usually accepted after 90 days.
Parts Damaged in Shipping
If you receive parts that have been damaged in shipping, please get in touch with us right away and hold on to the box and any packing material. If possible, please include a picture of any damaged parts. TRF will replace or refund damaged parts and take care of any damage claims with the shipping company.
Defective Parts and Failures:
TRF always supplies the best parts we can find. All parts are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the invoice date. TRF will replace or refund the purchase price if any item proves to be defective. In no case does TRF's liability extend beyond the purchase price of the item in question.
Cancellations:
If you place an order and decide you don't need it, please contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders usually ship within one business day.
